How I got into Numerology
Prior to working with Numerology.com, I'd always been a fan of numbers, mathematics, order and patterns, but had surprisingly never explored the science of Numerology. Once I started working with Hans Decoz and his Numerology-based writing, I was instantly enamored with this method of insight. Over the years now, Numerology has become a sincere interest of mine, and I'm constantly amazed at the awareness it offers, not to mention the frequency at which I now notice the patterns around me and the synchronicities of this world!
How I got into writing and reporting
Well first off, let me say I didn't really "get into" writing, writing actually "got into" me. I was given a natural affinity toward all forms of words and writing, and I must admit grammar is a bit of an obsession (and "a bit" is, well, a bit of an understatement). I've always had a very dualistic nature, with a passion for numbers and science early on, developing into a deep interest in art and creativity in my adult life. So I enjoy bridging this gap between left- and right-brained thinking, and I find the best avenues for this are through writing and visual art.
How I decide what to write about each day
Numerology is what I do -- from writing about it to editing it to talking about it to researching it, I'm immersed in this science of numbers throughout my workweek ... and it's not something I turn off once I leave the office! Numerology has taken over a permanent place in the front of my mind, so I always keep my eyes open to the numbers around me. From interesting dates and strange recurring digits to the birth dates of my friends and numbers in the news, I'm always on the looking for an opportunity to decode how this world adds up.
